Marcus Billups is the lead pastor of 116 Church in White Plains, NY. His ministry began with the 202020 Westchester Bible Study, where he continues to teach, mentor, and provide spiritual care to the community.
Marcus is passionate about designing impactful Bible study experiences, developing young leaders, and creating outreach initiatives that make faith practical for everyday life. He is also the creator of the motivational campaign “You Got This,” which inspires youth and young adults to pursue their purpose with confidence.
